Upgrades:

    Tent Pitch Tickets are valid for one tent pitch on the campsite for 2 nights, including 1 person. Use of toilets & showers is included. Arrival is possible from July 3rd starting at 11:00 AM.

    Campervan Pitch Tickets are valid for one campervan pitch on the campsite for 2 nights, including 1 person. Use of toilets & showers is included. Arrival is possible from July 3rd starting at 11:00 AM.

    Additional Guest Tickets are valid for 2 nights’ stay in another person’s tent or caravan. Use of toilets & showers is included. Arrival is possible from July 3rd starting at 11:00 AM.

    Persons with a disability pass marked with “B”: one accompanying person receives free admission on site.

    Directions / How to Get There
    Public Transport:

    With Festival Shuttle: Take the S-Bahn to Halle-Neustadt. From there, our shuttles run between 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM – 1:00 AM to the festival grounds and back. We charge a small fee of €2 per person per trip.

    Without Shuttle:

    From Halle (Saale) Main Station / ZOB, take bus line 320 or 314 to the stop “Angersdorf Wilhelmshöhe” (a 10-minute walk to the festival grounds), or take S-Bahn line S3 from Halle (Saale) Main Station to “Zscherbener Straße” (a 15-minute walk to the festival grounds).

    By Car:

    Arrive via the B80 highway, take the exit towards Neustadt, turn onto Schieferstraße, and follow the signs to the parking areas. Alternatively, enter the address Schieferstraße 2, 06126 Halle (Saale) into your navigation system.

    Campervans / Caravans:

    Arrive via the B80 highway, take the exit towards Merseburg/Bad Lauchstädt/Neustadt-Zollrain, turn right once, and then turn right again directly in front of the Shell gas station towards Angersdorfer Teiche.     Parking / Parking Lot

    We offer one guarded parking lot (fee required) and two unguarded parking lots (free of charge). The parking areas are located a 7-minute walk behind the festival grounds. DEKRA parking lot & two additional areas, access path around the lake to the concert grounds: Schieferstr. 2-8, 06126 Halle.

    Please follow the on-site signage towards “Parkplatz”.

    Children / Protection of Minors

    Infants and young children under 6 years of age are not permitted on the event grounds. Children between 6 and 15 years of age may only attend the event when accompanied by a person holding parental authority. Minors between 15 and 18 years of age are permitted to attend concerts until 12:00 midnight without an accompanying person holding parental authority, provided they have parental consent. Written proof of this authorization must be presented upon entry. For minors aged 16 and over, access to concerts and music performances after midnight is permitted when accompanied by a person holding parental authority. The aforementioned rules apply exclusively to concerts and not to any dance events on the event grounds. Statutory provisions of the Protection of Young Persons Act (JuSchG) apply, including on all parking, access, entry, and camping areas.

    Admission Regulations Concert Grounds

    Small belt or fanny packs are allowed; any bags and backpacks exceeding the size of: Height 44 x Width 37 x Depth 30 cm are prohibited.

    Bringing drinks & liquids, blankets & picnic supplies, as well as bulky items such as umbrellas, is prohibited.

    Admission Regulations Camping / Campervans

    Positioning in the camping / campervan area takes place on site. If you wish to park next to each other, please arrive together where possible.

    Only the following items are permitted onto the camping grounds:

    • Tents and accessories
    • Personal clothing and equipment
    • Provisions and drinks in PET bottles and Tetra Paks
    • Gas cartridges up to a maximum of 450g
    • Environmentally friendly gel batteries approved for camping use
    • Bringing glass bottles and large quantities / bulk containers of alcohol is prohibited.
    Camping
    • The camping area is open to visitors starting Friday at 11:00 AM.
    • Access to the campsite is only permitted with a valid festival wristband with camping issued by the organizer.
    • The road traffic regulations (StVO) apply across the entire event grounds.
    • Walking speed must be maintained at all times throughout the entire event area. Instructions given by security staff when being guided onto camping spaces must be followed.
    • Escape routes and emergency lanes must be kept clear at all times without exception.
    • There is no entitlement to the availability of a specific camping area.
    • Electricity is not available.
    • Barbecues and campfires of any kind are strictly prohibited.
    • Waste disposal is only permitted at the designated trash collection points. Environmental protection must be observed at all times.
    • Access to the infield (concert grounds) is only permitted from 4:00 PM onwards.

    Departure must take place on Sunday by 2:00 PM at the latest.

    Bathing Lake

    Swimming is permitted at our beautiful sandy beach from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Access to the concert grounds is only possible once the doors open. So be sure to pack your swimwear!

    Sanitary Facilities

    There are plenty of regular and well-maintained sanitary facilities on our festival grounds. The showers will be available for use starting Friday at 4:00 PM and Saturday at 9:00 AM.

    Grounds / Venue

    Karlsbad – Angersdorfer Teiche is an outdoor lido located in the southwest of the city area of Halle (Saale), between Angersdorf and Halle-Neustadt. A campsite and various culinary highlights will be set up specifically on the grounds for the Eastside Festival. Swimming is permitted from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM in designated supervised areas. At night, an outdoor dance floor will be available.

    Food and Beverages

    A wide range of food and beverages (including vegetarian & vegan options) as well as a breakfast selection will be available. The offerings range from street food to cocktails.

    Market

    There will be a shopping mile featuring scene-typical products and merchandise items.

    People with Disabilities

    Info for wheelchair users: The terrain is challenging, consisting of grassland without paved paths.

    Please contact us in advance if you are coming with a wheelchair or require any other assistance from us.

    An accompanying person will receive free entry on site upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s pass (Schwerbehindertenausweis).

    ATM

    There are no facilities to withdraw cash on the grounds. While card payment is accepted at some stalls and at the entrance, please still bring enough cash with you.

    Lockers & Mobile Phone Charging Station

    Unfortunately, we are unable to provide lockers or mobile phone charging stations. Please prepare accordingly.

    Security

    In the event of any problems, please contact the security personnel immediately. Please always follow the instructions of the security staff.

    Medical Care

    First aid personnel will be on site for medical emergencies. Please check the site map or the event program for the location of the first aid station.

    Animals

    Bringing animals anywhere onto the event grounds is prohibited.

    Photo / Video Recordings

    Audio, photo, and video equipment is not permitted on the concert grounds.

    Film and Photo Recordings During the Event
    Personal rights and the protection of your data are important to us.

    We therefore inform you that photo and film recordings will be made at this event.

    These may be published in connection with coverage of the event on our websites, the websites of our cooperation partners, on social media channels, and in the regional press in order to inform the public about this event.

    If you do not wish to be photographed or do not agree to the publication of the photos/videos taken, please inform one of our staff members at the entrance.

    Note:

    When published on the internet, the recordings can be accessed and saved at any time and worldwide. The data can thus also be found via search engines. It cannot be ruled out that other persons or companies may link the data with other personal data available on the internet and thereby create a personality profile, alter the data, or use it for other purposes.
